Clarification on Travel Reimbursement Policy

Hello,

I’ve noticed a few questions in the Discord about the travel reimbursement policy that haven’t been answered yet. My team and I are traveling from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, and we’re very excited to attend the event!

Could you please clarify how we should apply for reimbursement? Additionally, will the reimbursement be issued as a mailed check, and does it include hotel expenses up to the agreed-upon amount?

    Sorry if I missed previous inquiries. Travel expenses include uber, bus, tolls, parking, hotel up to $150 per person. If you all
    Carpool together, you can pool your expenses (4 people = $600). You can also claim mileage if you drive your own car.

    And you will receive a form to submit either in person or via email. Check should
    Arrive in 2-3 weeks after receipt. Sorry
    But unable to reimburse at the actual
    Event.
